Depending on each individual, but normally 20 hours in total, over 7-8 weeks. This time is mutually agreeable to suit your commitments.
The absolute core commitment to our work together is that there is NO judgement or criticism during the support you receive!! The work is done in small chunks based on your unique experiences.
During your sessions, you will not hear “We know how you feel.” The truth is we don’t, and neither does anyone else! Whilst working with me, you will be educated to understand, recognise and manage these emotions now and have the skills to deal with any future emotional challenges you may experience.
Taking care of physical health is considered normal and everyday part of life. e.g. you sustain an injury you get the appropriate medical help. Society struggles to realise that prolonged poor mental health has a direct impact on a person’s physical health and life . Investing in your recovery improves your overall well-being, relationships, and quality of life. It puts you in control for the rest of your life! Your lifelong wellbeing is worth far more than the cost of cheap holiday.
